Ocean View Bedrooms : newly fully furnished with new luxury memory foam mattresses, upholstered platform bed frame, night stand, adjustable height desks with multiple usb charging ports and wireless charging, one bedroom has a large dresser.

I am looking for another chill roommate, either a working professional or someone in university or doing university research. I am looking for roommates that communicates well and is chill and friendly and definitely neat and well organized.

THE HOUSE is in the Bay Ho area so close to UCSD, USD Beaches/ Everything in central San Diego and there is the Balboa trolley station near the house that most housemates just walk to or use the Rose Creek Bike Path that goes to UCSD or …the beach! …five minute trolley ride to first UCSD station, …similar with USD…the home is very well decorated and outfitted with nice upscale but comfortable furnishings and everything else anyone could possibly need, ( really nice cooking utensils, and glassware , barware, plates, silverware ) and of course the views from the house are amazing day and night...at night it is breathtaking!

In the past my roommates have all said that I am a great roommate. I make incredible meals/share food together everyday if you want. Plus you can have fun at home, invite other people over, (" mi casa es su casa"...or go out to beaches, hikes, work out at the home gym !, The house is in a great quiet neighborhood (basically only four cars on the street), so parking is never an issue ) with easy access to getting anywhere.

There are two nice dens/ living rooms-lounge areas which then opens up to a great large outdoor deck with a view of the bay/ocean. The house has a lot of windows everywhere so the views are everywhere including the bedroom with a floor to ceiling window! The patio is large and covered....like an additional room with outdoor sofa, chair, dining table ,cocktail table, area rugs. Each den/living room has new large 4k qled tvs. The patio has tropical plants ( there are indoor plants too!) The rest of the house has everything else needed including high speed wireless internet systems,( 1GB) huge washer dryer( in garage) ; barbecue gas grill, two refrigerators, outdoor patio heater, and much more!l

ABOUT ME: I am an entrepreneur, but after I had to deal with cancer a few years ago I realized a need to help others and founded a local cancer charity ( Paws For A Cause, "People With Pets Helping Cancer Patients") and help raise money for cancer research since research literally saved my life from cancer. I am very social, I hang out with friends, go to the beach , love music and live music concerts and festivals, travel,.. I work from home mostly and work out a lot with the home gym.

WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR: A friendly, sociable, clean, communicative , responsible roommate that is either in school or a working professional. I am looking to have a nice friendly/family/crew like vibe in the house. Someone that enjoys dinners together during the week. It is ok though it you are quiet and to yourself...all types are welcome!
